MISSION
As a Talent Acquisition Working Student and play a pivotal role in our hyper-growth journey to redefine the global fight against financial crime. You will act as the engine of our hiring process—proactively identifying top talent through creative sourcing techniques and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is a high-impact opportunity to gain hands-on experience in active talent sourcing, modern recruiting operations, and AI-driven fintech growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, and online communities to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Utilize Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques to map out talent pools for competitive and hard-to-fill positions.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end interview lifecycle, ensuring a world-class candidate experience through efficient scheduling and proactive communication.
- Drive recruitment operational excellence by managing offer generation, internal approval workflows, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency across all open requisitions.
