This is a high-impact leadership role supporting individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) through intensive, community-based care. Our ACTT model delivers services directly in the community—meeting clients where they are to promote stability, independence, and long-term recovery. Position Summary The ACTT Clinical Team Lead provides clinical leadership and program oversight for a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based mental health services. This role blends leadership, supervision, and direct clinical care, ensuring high-quality services and fidelity to the ACTT model. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership in collaboration with psychiatric providers Supervise, coach, and support ACTT team members Ensure fidelity to the ACTT model and TMACT standards Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning Provide or support individual, group, and family therapy Monitor team productivity, workflows, and service delivery Coordinate care across internal teams and community partners Maintain compliance with documentation and regulatory standards Participate in direct, community-based client care Qualifications Education & Licensure Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field Active North Carolina license (or eligibility), such as: LCSW / LCSWA LCMHC / LCMHCA LMFT Licensed Psychologist / LPA PMHNP or Psychiatric CNS Experience Minimum 3 years working with serious mental illness (SMI) At least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience Experience providing therapy (individual, group, and/or family) Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
