This faculty position supports the preparation of educators and leaders in the field of bilingual and multilingual education with expertise in both theories and real-world practices. Adjunct faculty are expected to collaborate with program leadership and colleagues to ensure rigorous, supportive, and standards-aligned learning experiences for graduate students in this program.Faculty must demonstrate the ability to engage and support students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including both international and domestic students, and to foster an inclusive learning community where varied perspectives, languages, and lived experiences are valued as assets. This position requires at least a master's degree from an accredited institution in bilingual education or a related field, with a doctoral degree preferred.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate learning in assigned courses in the MABE program in an online asynchronous format.Provide timely, individualized, and constructive feedback on assignments, typically within 7 days.Maintain regular and proactive communication with students and respond to student questions in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to support course quality, candidate success, and continuous program improvement.Use instructional technologies such as the learning management system, vide...
