ABOUT THE ROLE Under general direction from the Admissions Supervisor, the Admission Service Representative is responsible for the processing of applications in administrative computing system. The Admission Representative is responsible for successfully guiding the applicant through the admissions process and for representing UMass Global in a positive and professional manner.TYPE OF SUPERVISION RECEIVED: General direction from the Admissions SupervisorPOSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:               Essential functions:  100% of timeProcess applications in administrative computing systemPrepare files for evaluation/decision.  Link scanned documents in document imaging system. Create and update files. Track received documents in computing system, enter transfer coursework. Input communication codes, status codes, and trigger correspondenceProvide support and assistance to both applicants and University stakeholdersAssist applicants with troubleshooting issues as related to policies and proceduresAssist in the development of training materials university stakeholdersAssist with the training of university student teamsRun audit reports on application data and follow up with University campus staffAssist with quality control reporting and data integrityResponsible for maintaining regular contact with university partners, particularly the Enrollment Coaches, via regular scheduled meetings, and data report follow-upAssist in the upd...
