So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.As Canva scales its brand presence across Southeast Asia, we’re running more brand media campaigns - and we need strong delivery to match this ambition.As SEA Brand Media Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day execution lead supporting our brand media campaigns across the region. You’ll work closely with our media agencies to keep campaigns moving: briefing, trafficking, QA, launch, optimisation and reporting. You’ll also bring the technical confidence to sense-check setups, ask the right questions, and flag issues early - especially across platforms like DV360, CM360, Meta and TikTok.You’ll report to the SEA Brand Media Lead, who owns the overarching strategy and larger decisions. Your focus is making sure campaigns are delivered smoothly, accurately, and to a high standard.At the moment, this role is focused on:Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines - from agency briefing through launch, optimisation and wrap reportingBe the day-to-day point of contact for media agency partners, keeping timelines, deliverables and approvals on trackSupport trafficking and QA across platforms, spotting risks early and escalating complex issues when neededMaintain accurate budget tracking and reconciliation across active campaigns, proactively flagging variances and invoice queriesSupport accurate and timely reporting - pulling, sense-checking and presenting campaign performance on a regular cadenceTranslate results into clear takeaways for the SEA marketing team to inform next stepsKeep cross-market stakeholders aligned through strong scheduling, coordination and project management across time zonesYou're probably a match if:We’re looking for someone with strong foundations in digital media execution - organised, proactive, and confident working in the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
