This is a key leadership role responsible for the clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services. You’ll guide a dedicated team of clinicians while driving program growth, ensuring quality care, and maintaining a strong, client-centered culture. Position Overview The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical programming, staff supervision, and day-to-day operations of the site. This individual will play a critical role in shaping program development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with strong leadership experience, a passion for developing teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
