Pyramid Healthcare offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare defined by supportive environments that offer patients the strength they need to overcome life’s challenges.  We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.  Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Location: 44871 Saint Andrews Church Road, California Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 Position Overview: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing counselors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients in a supportive and therapeutic environment. This role includes evaluating potential clients, assisting in treatment plan development, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and support counseling staff. Evaluate potential clients for the appropriate level of care and identify DSM IV-TR diagnoses (Axis I-V). Assist counselors in developing effective treatment plans. Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations. Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other assigned staff. Attend shift change and company meetings. Maintain a manageable caseload as needed. Assist the Program Director in developing new programs for the facility. Attend necessary training sessions. Perform clerical duties for maintaining client files. Listen to clients regarding all areas of treatment. Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention. Ensure the clinical program operates daily as scheduled. Required Qualifications / Education, Licensure, & Experience Active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C licensure Maryland state board approved supervisor for the following certifications/licenses: ADT, CAC-AD and CSC-AD. Master’s degree in related field. Two years demonstrated previous clinical program supervision/management experience, preferably in a behavioral health environment. Obtained specialized training in: CBT, trauma informed care, collaborative documentation. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership and operational management skills. Knowledge of addiction treatment, mental health, and recovery modalities. Familiarity with DSM criteria and treatment planning. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
