About the Role

We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented compliance professional to strengthen our Compliance program through oversight of medical records operations and external audit coordination. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Compliance Manager will lead day-to-day medical records activities, oversee vendor and team performance, and manage external audits from intake through findings and remediation closure. This role will partner closely with Legal, Privacy, Clinical, Financial Operations, Partnerships, and other business stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are translated into practical, sustainable processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, solutions-oriented, and experienced in healthcare compliance, privacy, records management, and audit oversight.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of related professional experience in managing or coordinating external audits, regulatory reviews, or similar oversight activities AND 5+ years of related professional experience in healthcare privacy, medical records, release-of-information processes, or health information management
