About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for clinical excellence, provider coaching, and quality improvement. In this role, you’ll balance direct patient care with cultivating strong, supportive relationships across our 1099 psychiatric network. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, sound clinical judgment, and an enthusiastic approach to peer outreach. This is a full-time W-2 position (5 days/8 hrs per week) reporting directly to the Associate National Medical Director.

Required Qualifications

- Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in California with an active CA DEA registration. Current Board Certification as a PMHNP (ANCC or AANP).

- Minimum of 3 years of outpatient psychiatric practice experience.

- Prior experience providing comprehensive psychiatric care in a fully remote, telehealth setting, including deep familiarity with remote safety protocols and clinical considerations.
