ABOUT THE ROLE
As a the Head of Everfield Finance Center you are responsible for managing the Everfield Finance Center. As we started in 2023 there is a big opportunity to grow the team and manage the expectations of the various stakeholders in a challenging environment where we buy 10 to 15 new Companies a year,. These Companies need to be integrated into our financial eco system.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team productivity and development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance shared services center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services and support to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement standardized finance processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
