Our skilled nursing team works collaboratively to identify patient needs and plan effective interventions. Our goal is to provide patients a smooth journey to recovery and positive patient experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care of patients requiring triage, acute assessment and admission under indirect supervision from senior staff.What will your duties include:Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of trained nursing caregivers.Notify nursing caregivers of changes/concerns in patients’ condition.Maintain patient confidentiality, privacy and dignity at all times.Assist the nursing team and the materials team with re-stocking the Ward.Be aware of the general needs of patients during transportation and also the special needs of major cases, and when collecting and setting beds/trolleys for pain intervention list.What we need from you:Experience working in an AAU setting.Care Certificate or NVQ Level 3 in Care & Social CareBLS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire.Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field.Good communication and organisational skillsWhat We Offer:As a private hospital with no shareholders, we rein...
