The Role

Belong is seeking a Junior Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in C# who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to both backend development and day-to-day production operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful ownership, exposure to real production systems, and the opportunity to work across engineering and business operations.
You will help build and maintain backend services that power critical parts of the Belong platform, while also supporting production workflows that keep our operations running smoothly—such as initiating payouts, sending deposits, troubleshooting payment failures, partnering with providers support, performing lease corrections, and ensuring data accuracy.
This is more than a heads-down coding role. You’ll collaborate across engineering, operations, and product teams, gaining a deep understanding of how our business functions end-to-end. It’s a chance to grow into a well-rounded engineer by contributing to both product development and real operational workflows that directly impact homeowners and residents.
