Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) ๐ Walnut Cove, NC๐ฐ $48,000 โ $55,000 annually๐ Full-Time | Comprehensive Benefits Package Active North Carolina LCAS License Required Help Individuals Build Lasting Recovery Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) to join our Walnut Cove team. In this role, you will provide high-quality substance use disorder treatment services, helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery through evidence-based clinical care. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions. Complete Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Provide crisis intervention and support clients through challenging situations. Assist with discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and recovery support services. Participate in utilization review processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Contribute to program development, staff training initiatives, and quality improvement efforts. Participate in an on-call rotation as required. Required Qualifications โ Active North Carolina LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist) credential โ Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Chemical Dependency, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution โ Experience providing substance use disorder treatment services preferred โ Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and clinical documentation standards โ Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills Preferred Experience Co-occurring mental health treatment Trauma-informed care Residential or outpatient substance use treatment programs Group facilitation and treatment planning Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
