Title: Maintenance Compliance ManagerJob Type:RegularCompany:Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer CenterDepartment: Service Contracts & ComplianceTime Type: Full timeWeekly Hours: 40FTE:1Shift: First Shift (United States of America)Summary: The Maintenance Compliance Manager at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center plays a vital leadership role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant facilities that support exceptional cancer care and research. Roswell’s Facilities department is responsible for the safety and reliability of facility-related systems in twenty buildings on campus and at satellite locations. Roswell recently purchased a modern computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that includes a mobile platform. This position will lead the implementation of the CMMS, managing facilities assets, transforming data into actionable insights while ensuring preventive maintenance and work orders are completed accurately and on time. The role also drives Joint Commission and CMS compliance efforts, partnering closely with facilities, clinical leaders, and contractors across the organization. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge adherence, and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Master’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or operations, including responsibility for managing workflows, data analysis, system management, operational processes, or regulatory compliance; or2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or operations, including responsibility for managing workflows, data analysis, system management, operational processes, or regulatory compliance; or3. Associate’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or operations, including responsibility for managing workflows, data analysis, system management, operational processes, or regulatory compliance.NOTE:Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.Equal Employment O...
