Reflection is a research lab making intelligence open and accessible for everyone to use, customize, and build on. We build open models that let anyone control their intelligence and help shape the future of AI. Our mission: make intelligence open and accessible to all.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key member of Reflection's policy and communications team, you will lead in shaping the public narrative around open-source AI at a pivotal moment for the industry. You will work cross-functionally to strategize and spearhead campaigns tailored for specific agenda items and audiences.
