Key responsibilities include:Responsible for first line review of program data and information and provide analysis and recommendations related to program management and design as requested. Lead development of implementation and project plans across the portfolio, including business, residential, and strategy & innovation.Review and approve vendor invoices. Manage contract compliance. Coordinate accounting activities with Corporate AccountingMaintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial business relationship with customers, regulatory stakeholders, professional groups, and industry allies in support of Ameren Illinois’ energy efficiency objectives.Oversee program data quality, quality control, and the presentation of program data and information.Support internal and external program communication and outreach needs.Track program metrics. Prepare status reports to accurately monitor progress against program objectives, timelines, budgets, and goals.Lead the development, implementation and tracking of projects using project management best practices.Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response.Qualifications:Program Specialist, Energy EfficiencyBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. MBA preferred. Two or more years of relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering). May waive Bachelor's degree requirement for candidates with six or more years of directly relevant experience, or for candidates with an Associate's degree with four or more years of directly relevant experience.Qualifications:Program Supervisor, Energy EfficiencyBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. MBA preferred. Five or more years of relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering).
