Senior Strategy Consultant, Provider Solutions

Responsible for conducting research and analyses to support the development of plans to drive strategic and transformational initiatives across the organization and assists in the development of business strategies in support of the CEO and Executive Team to improve company profit, enterprise value, and competitive position.Support the development of enterprise, pillar, and line of business (LOB) strategiesSupport and drive the development of longer-term strategic and business plans, and participates in the annual operational planning processAccountable for ensuring adherence to Board delivery timelines, including coordination and preparation of content for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, as necessaryAccess, understand, and develop insights on the vision care industry (including insurance and materials businesses), the broader healthcare and retail industries, technology, and adjacent trends globallyRemain cognizant of the changing environment, continually working at and defining strategy to ensure it is fit for purposeCollaborate with business leaders to identify and define strategic initiatives that will have overarching impact by developing creative, yet pragmatic solutionsWork with internal data and analytics team, develop and maintain key qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure progress against enterprise strategic goals and success of related strategic initiativesJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or related fieldEight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, strategy or management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligenceWorking knowledge and experience in the vision, healthcare or insurance industryStrong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on simplicity of messagingHighly proficient in Power PointAbility to use logic and think through future implicationsProven ability and willingness to work through details and executePersonal and professional integrity with the ability to preserve confidentialityDesire to dig in to all areas of the business to help identify opportunities and outline solutions, metrics, etc. to move the business forwardPossess energy and enthusiasm for new ideasFor roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFM)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignmentPreferred Skills:Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build trust, and drive accountability and outcomes without direct authority.Experienced in partnering with executives, synthesizing complex information, and communicating with clarity and confidence.#LI-VISIONCARECompensation range for the role is listed below.
