This role plays a key role in maintaining supplier data integrity, improving compliance standards, and supporting efficient procurement processes. The internship provides valuable exposure to supplier management, sourcing operations, data governance, and procurement compliance within a dynamic business environment.What are you accountable for?Follow up with suppliers on pending document submissions to ensure timely completion, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements and onboarding standards.Perform supplier document database clean-up activities, including verification of records, updating information, and removing outdated, duplicate, or expired documentation to maintain data integrity.Download, organize, and maintain supplier documents from third-party platforms and portals to support proper recordkeeping, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness.Maintain progress tracking reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring visibility on completed actions, outstanding items, and key milestones.Update and manage supplier information to ensure supplier profiles accurately reflect the latest company details, certifications, and supporting documentation.Conduct supplier reassessments in accordance with current onboarding, compliance, and governance requirements to ensure suppliers continue to meet company policies and standards.Value-Added Project OpportunityDuring the internship period, the intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the:Supplier Data Quality and Compliance Enhancement ProjectThis project focuses on improving the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of supplier records across procurement systems.
