Fellows will gain hands-on experience in world-class institutions, Cleveland Clinic London and UCLH, while mastering advanced robotic techniques, perioperative leadership, and sub-specialized surgical skills. The fellowship emphasizes clinical excellence, academic achievement, and professional development through a combination of supervised operating, independent practice, research, and quality improvement initiatives. Training outcomes are validated against international standards using the ORDNA digital platform, ensuring competency in Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) and surgical proficiency.
