The portfolio includes growth-oriented and transformational initiatives such as geographic expansion, new channel development, DTC growth, social commerce, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.  Key Responsibilities  Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and growth objectives.  Drive execution of initiatives spanning geographic expansion, channel development, commercial growth, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and enterprise transformation.  Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale, ensuring delivery of measurable results and sustained organizational impact.  Develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, user adoption, and realization of business benefits.  Drive accountability, governance, risk management, and executive visibility across the initiative portfolio.  Experience  15+ years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, operations, consulting, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines.  Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact.  Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of technologies that create measurable b...
