ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfilment Executive to manage and coordinate import shipments in India, with a focus on return shipment follow-up. The role involves handling international inbound shipments, coordinating with overseas offices, logistics partners, and customs agencies to ensure timely clearance and delivery while maintaining compliance with import regulations.
The ideal candidate has experience in international logistics, strong customs coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Import Shipment Management
• Coordinate and monitor all inbound international shipments to India and ROW.
• Track shipments from origin until final delivery to designated locations.
• Ensure timely updates on shipment status to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate pickup, transportation, and delivery schedules with freight forwarders, courier partners, and warehouses.
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively.
