UX Designer (AI)

TOPdesk is an international software company specializing in service management with over 800 employees in 8 countries and 5,000 customers worldwide. For our office in Kaiserslautern, Delft or Budapest we are looking for a UX Designer. Your environment As a UX Designer, you’ll join a multidisciplinary product development team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers and work on AI-powered features to build the next generation of ITSM platforms. You’ll work in an environment that values creativity, user-centric thinking, and teamwork, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary. You will report to a UX Manager and regularly engage with the Design System team and other stakeholders. Rapid prototyping and refinement of new AI-powered concepts within our product (e.g. creation and governance of agents)Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final deliveryIdentification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiencesCreation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methodsFacilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholdersEnsuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system, including the proposal of improvements or new components when neededValidation and refinement of designs through feedback gathering, usability testing, and data analysisDelivery of clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation for seamless developer implementationClose collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomesContribution to raising UX maturity and improving design processes across the organizationContinuous monitoring of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the UX field  You have 5+ years of professional experience in UX design (medior/senior capacity)You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related fieldYou have shipped and measured the success of AI-powered feature from a human-centered design perspectiveYou are skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma and/or vibe codingYou have experience working with or contributing to design systemsYou can validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedbackYou are experienced in driving strategic decisions in a product triadYou bring strong collaboration and communication skills, helping you work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designersYou are proficient in English, ensuring clear communication across teamsYou are passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challengesYou have a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvementNice to have:You are fluent in German (business proficiency), enabling effec...
